Room I booked was given to someone else Put in a room with 2 beds instead of one AC was not turned on so room was 100+ Room kind of cleaned first night not touched second night Floors not swept things on floor in bathroom Things on ceiling Tiny yogurt first morning better second none available on third Staff on site don’t care prefer to talk to each other than guests Curtain in room didn’t cover window let light in at 5 am Had to store ice packs in kitchen as room frig had no freezer Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

This is a beautiful, clean and well maintained place to stay. Our family of four recently stayed there for four nights on a vacation to the area and were sad to leave! The breakfast is so good, and they change it up every day which we loved. There’s many nice places to sit outside if your room doesn’t have a balcony (ours did - but we still used the public spaces). Very walkable to downtown Keystone and a great location. The only thing that would have been better is if the pool was open later - it closes at 9:00 pm and we were often not back from exploring/supper until then so our kids didn’t get much pool time. But other than that it was a wonderful place to stay!

Great breakfast!

Great location. Right next to downtown shopping strip. Starting to need a little upgrading in the rooms. Hot tub and pool very good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Air conditioner issue was taking of ..they really wanted to fix issue and did....I would recommend staying here...
