The welcome we received was warm & informative and the staff continued to be helpful. All the staff were lovely & nothing was too much trouble. The hotel/road was traditional and had some beautiful spaces that were typically of the culture & country. It was a lovely building and we are glad we chose something with charming character as opposed to a more modern hotel.

The staff was good even if there was some difficulty to communicate(French to French). Room was okay, beds were not the most comfortable. Bathroom was discussing, the kitchen walls was white with black stains and the water from the shower was going all over the bathroom. We were not able to get toilet paper from the staff. It would be nice if the pool on the roof was having water in it.

Riad Zara was a devine oasis. The staff were helpful, kind and friendly. The room was clean, with a magical quantity, making me feel like some sort of Moroccan prince. The old town can be a bit hetic, with the bustle of the souk at your doorstep. But upon entering Riad Zara it all disappeared, and i was wrapped in a blanket of colors and calm. I highly recommend Riad Zara for anyone who is looking for a touch of bohemian class in there visit to Marrakech.

Friendly staff greet you to a fabulous oasis just a few minutes from all the main attractions. Would recommend to everyone

We don’t rate hotels very frequently, but we felt we must because Riad No 5 is an outstanding property with extremely helpful staff. It was our first visit to Marrakech, and Imad and team made us feel very welcome. It is conveniently located within the Medina, not too far from Jmaa El Fna and all the other main sights. The property is air conditioned, impeccably clean, tastefully decorated throughout, with really thoughtful touches everywhere (artwork, tiling, furniture). The breakfast is incredible! And finally, the rooftop pool is a beautiful bonus helping tourists like us escape from the midday heat.

The staff very kind. Place nice. Breakfast ok.
