I have stayed in this hotel 3 times this year & love staying here. It's located in the older part of Agadir, about 20mins from the beach. The staff are extremely friendly & helpful. I have gone solo & with a friend, having our own rooms & each time, was well looked after. It's an authentic Morrocan hotel built in 1975, a bit tired but clean & also safe to stay in. There's a few local restaurants near by & a great little cafe across the road, with excellent coffee. If you need information regarding tours, area etc, they will help you or inform you. I will definitely return again.

Points positifs : personnel très très attentionné et aux petits soins pour nous emplacement de l'hôtel top Points négatifs : Les repas ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur que ce soit du petit déjeuner qui n'a de continental que le nom, nourriture insipide et extrêmement répétitif, toujours la même chose... vraiment pas bon Les transats : hormis le fait qu'il soit pris d'assaut dès 6H30 du matin, ils sont d'une qualité médiocre avec des creux au niveau de l'assise... serviettes de piscine trop petite et toujours un système archaïque de cartes pour ces serviettes. hormis les boissons, le all inclusive n'est pas à la hauteur car le buffet proposé dans la journée est très pauvre et toujours identique. Les fruits sont insipides et de mauvaise qualité, un comble pour un pays qui en produit tant ! La salade de fruits est constitué à 95% de pommes, Les dessers sont constitués de gâteaux à la crème pour l'essentiel, donc totalement délaissés compte tenu de la chaleur.

Terrible hotel stay. The staff attitude and service was appalling. We checked in and there were no towels and we were told to just wait. We were out on a lower floor room around the back - this was close to the speakers for the hotel animation team and you heard a constant thumping of music, to the point the windows were vibrating. We were told we cannot be moved as the hotel is full. At the pool, they had no beach towels and told they were all in the wash and to wait 25 mins. We ordered food at the pool bar and the food arrived without cutlery... we then had to wait 15 mins for it by which time the food had got cold. The cleaning staff came into the room to remove towels during cleaning but never replaced them. They also didn't close the door properly so we came back hours later to find the door ajar - with all our belongings and shoppings in there! The hotel manager kept insisting that we had got 5* service, even when we told him we had no towels so my brother had a shower and had to dry himself down with his t-shirt. If you asked staff for something, they would disappear, never to be seen again, or walk past again and say they "forgot". So many other things too, it was so terrible! And the hotel manager's attitude was abysmal. This wasnt just our experience, we made friends with some other guests and they ALL said the same. AVOID!!

This hotel was a scam! They showed newer pictures online and when we arrived it was worse. I saw other rooms were a higher standard but the room we recieved was horrible. The amount of mold everywhere. Water not working. Mold on taps. On handles. Electricity not working. Wifi not working. Doors not opening.

Overall, the experience was amazing. I loved the staff and loved the property. Definitely worth the price. Although the spa experience could have been better as it was quite a short time than promised and paid for. Other than that would highly recommend!
