Clean & welcoming, this hotel is in the middle of it all. Well located

The self check in was very easy. The apartment was 1 block from the park in Zagreb old town and 5 minute walk to the pick up point for day trips. Plenty of food options in walking distance. The apartment was a good size, clean and well kept.

The appartment description and photos were accurate. Would have liked to have a toaster.

Staff were wonderful

Excellent location and clean, quiet rooms. Staff was helpful and friendly, but they didn't answer the phone call when we had a question at the late arrival. No glass for toothbrushes and a shower holder was broken. They also did not inform us on the location with no taxi access. That was an issue to get there with our heavy bags. Still 5 stars and warm recommendations.

Excellent hotel and service. Wonderful location.

Hotel was clean, room was larger than expected, staff helpful. Airport shuttle was on time, the ride is about 8 minutes door to door in a low traffic area. This is a great stay to be near the airport, the surroundings are airport facilities and post office, etc, it is not a place to stay on vacation but rather a place for the airport. Breakfast was complete, the restaurant was surprisingly good for dinner. Cost was very reasonable. Would certainly recommend this airport hotel.
