We usually stay once a month for 3-4 nights. I absolutely loved our room on the 10th floor this time. The shower pressure was so high and nice. The room was very clean. My complaint was our neighbors were soooo noisy and we could hear all their conversations and visitors through the connecting door. Also the beds in this room were not the normal soft ones. The pillows were thin and hard also.

Breakfast staff was very kind and helpful to get needed breakfast items. Will stay there again since so clean and helpful/ kind staff 😊

I was charged twice for the same room. While the issue is a hotels.com issue the hotel and hotels.com are back and forth telling me to speak the other to get my refund. I have called the hotel and the manager is never in. They have not called me back and the only message i got back in the app is to contact hotels.com again. Its a run around to fix an issue that on both ends should be easy to fix.

Bathroom toilet was too low. Shower water was inconsistent for temperature.
