We were in room 5 and right above the office/dining area, the people in there were super loud and had their balcony door open. Super loud for hours - it was really hard to relax and hear our TV. Other than that, we always have enjoyed our stay at this resort.

If you have young children the pool area was great. You will have to carry your suitcases up two flights of stairs you will get a room with no outside windows. There is no staff in the building so the noise gets loud. There is no view of the lake The place is very dated wallpaper peeling off the wall

Stunning and peaceful property! I also made use of the free access to a kayak and had the most beautiful early morning outing on the lake. Highly recommend!

Bathroom infested with bugs, smoke detector made inoperative with a plastic bag. No on site staff. Phone# connected me with someplace off site. Person who answered said person I needed to talk to was on "rest day" and was not available. Has never contacted me. Unsanitary, unsafe and poor customer service.
