Spacious accommodation with a beautiful view

Absolutely stunning views of the Adriatic and Dubrovnik. Do not hesitate, this villa is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities you need for your stay. We enjoyed our mornings on the balcony overlooking the sea and cooling off in pool during the evenings. But the best part of the stay was our host! Adrian and Naira made us feel like family. They were so gracious and generous during our stay. We hope to return soon!

We loved this villa. It had everything you could need and is located in quiet location but close to a nice village and several excellent restaurants.

We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay. The room and property was beautiful and impeccably maintained. The beach area and pools were pristine with great service. All of the staff are incredibly well trained. We experienced a couple hiccups while there but the management (especially Marco) responded immediately and more than made up for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

Beautiful hotel and perfect location, within a very short walk to the Old Town. Staff were fantastic and room was amazing!!

Very spacious apartment, very comfortable, excellent view and easily accessible to Kotor Old Town with a 20-30 minute walk. Pretty much everything you needed to prepare food was provided, one very minor point is that it would be better if more knives were provided, particularly a break knife.
