The Hotel wad Awesome the stafg went out of their way to make sure your stay was. What you expected I always stay inca Hilton or Marriott Hotel But hands down I chose a Hilton

The couch bed was extremely uncomfortable. Due to the incline of the bed, you had to sleep with your head where your feet typically go. Staff was friendly. The app for the shuttle service to Disneyland is horrible. The staff wasn’t sure how to use it. Valet noted they heard the bus sporadically picks up passengers. The bar and food was great.

We stayed there 2 nights, i have nothing bad to say about this hotel, Great breakfast options, very clean. Very nice hotel. I chose this hotel for our Disneyland trip, the only downside (not specifying in Expedia) says free shuttle to Disneyland. And yes, but not hotel shuttle, it was public transportation bus "Suttle", so technically you will need to download an app to submit your ART tickets and catch the bus that will take you to Disneyland (30 to 45 min for a 1.5 miles) of course you are better off taking a Uber or lyft they will charge you 10-15 dlls to the main entrance. BTW hotel parking is 23 or 26 dlls per night. Deducted from 200dlls deposit. So if your goal is to go To Disneyland or Disney CA Adventures try staying by Harbor Drive. Unless you are driving and don't mind paying Disneyland parking lot plus Hotel parking.

Upon arrival our Expedia booking did not transfer but the staff up front were very helpful and accommodated us right away. We even got to check in early! The hotel itself is very nice and has good amenities. The breakfast was also very good! The room itself was very nice and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable! The only negative I would say would be the shuttle bus system they have. There’s no set times and you have to wait on the corner at a bus stop for it to come and the app for the shuttle was a little confusing as well but it all worked out. Overall I really liked the hotel and would definitely come back if I’m ever in the area again!

Valet was hard to locate. Had to continuously ask for them to call the valet person so we could get our car. Lights were burnt out in our room upon check in and outlets didnt work. A bit over priced to be honest. But over all i would stay their again as ive stayed there before. Over all staff is friendly and its a good place to stay.
