Clean room, Staff are always friendly and helpful. The hot tub was clean and helped to relax. Ability to get coffee first thing in the morning. Room size is so spacious and bathroom not tiny. I liked the small closet pole and shelves in the space behind the bathroom sink. It was very useful.

Absolutely beautiful stay. The rooms were great, very clean. I loved the layout of them. The staff was awesome and the breakfast delicious. Location was like 10 min if not less from Disney and a nice outlet mall. Highly recommend. We will stay here every time we come to Disney.

This hotel is a great choice if you’re visiting the DL area. Although it is not walking distance, it’s just a quick and short Uber ride away. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were large, very clean and well appointed. The beds were also very comfortable. The rooms came equipped with plenty of space for luggage, microwave, hotel safe, coffee maker, ironing supplies, and small refrigerator. The bath and shower area was very large with a separate vanity area. Water pressure was very good. Housekeeping provided wonderful service and freshened up the room daily. The hotel also provided a complimentary extensive breakfast with hot and cold items that changed daily and was well prepared. Compliments to the culinary staff. I would definitely stay at this hotel on any return trip to the DL area. My only wish would be that they provide coffee and creamer in the lobby and check in area prior to the formal breakfast area opening as we were on east coast time and would be up by 4-5 am and breakfast service on weekends did not open until 7 am so just having some offering of coffee would have been wonderful while waiting. Thanks for a wonderful stay. JC

We always stay at this location an it's great and so is the staff but this time we had some ants. Not a huge problem an the staff took care of it. What we've noticed is a change in the beds the last few times we've stayed. Hard an no longer soft like before. Ayres is still a top notch stay for us and we'll be back

Very friendly staff, with everyone greeting with a hello or hi, how are you. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options including fresh fruit. The room was always very clean. The hotel was quiet. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels, with the option of having them changed out daily. This is my third stay at an Ayer’s property and I will choose them again.
