This was a great hotel for a Disney trip. About 15 minutes to the park. The room was comfortable, the pool was busy but nice, and the onsite restaurant was great!

ALO was an excellent hotel. I was visiting a friend who had surgery at UCI Hospital which is walking distance. I couldn't have picked a more perfect hotel. The room was beautiful. The bed and other amenities were perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

What A Nice Surprise

ALO Hotel was a nice surprise. The only drawback was the parking. No where was there a mention of having to pay for parking $15/niight). But, despite that, the hotel was close by my meeting location and well positioned with nearby restaurants. My only other complaint was the restaurant on-site. The on-line menu doesn't have any prices. That says to me, "if there aren't prices on the menu, you can't afford it." So, I never ventured into the restaurant. Oh, another nice surprise -- full, hot breakfast. However, the hot food is hidden in a separate dining room that's not clearly obvious from the main dining room.

Slightly outdated interior but clean and comfortable, would stay again. Some of the staff were rude and seemed unknowledgable in regards to the parking situation. Expedia states parking is free but on hotel they expect you to pay, unless you explain it was advertised as free then they will help you.

The breakfast was mediocre. The ADA room bed was very difficult to climb. They could not provide a step stool so the disabled could get in bed without another person to help.

This may not be what others would call luxury, however it offers a comfortable clean bed, quiet night sleep, they are pet friendly, a nice offering for your free breakfast, heated pool, pleasant staff, overall a great experience.
