The staff were pleasant. The property was run down. The room was very clean but the chemical odor (I presume from cleaning products) was so strong we couldn’t stay for the second night, and we did not get a refund for the second night (or the first night)

The Waterpark had been closed for many months but it was not clearly explained. My daughter was very disappointed as this was her golden birthday trip. The staff was not apologetic or sympathetic. I had called with specific questions about the Waterpark, and they insisted that never happened. They were dismissive and condescending. The amenities that were operational were clean and enjoyable though.

There were weird clear stains on the bed sheets. When I took it to the front desk person they said it was normal. So I went back into my room and took it off the bed... there were weird red stains turning brown on the sheet under. I took all of the sheets off and took the matters cover off.... weird brown stains were all over it. The toilet had poop stains on it... I had to get out. Please dont come here. They also dont have an elevator so you have yo carry everything up yourself. The pictured is took .. some were really disgusting so ill just post the smaller ones to give you a better view.. also... their manager said it was okay... because its not in the budget to replace them..

The lady that was present for the breakfast was EXCELLENT. She was upbeat and happy and was very helpful. More importantly to me, she kept the area very very very clean!!!! The hot tub could use a very good cleaning. I wore DRY socks in my room for a few hours and when I went to bed, they were black. Room 213 needs a good carpet cleaning!
