This was a decent place to stay. Staff was nice, check in was quick. Breakfast was not the greatest, but ok. We had a hard time getting g onto the property Sunday afternoon due to the back-up of traffic wanting to get on the bridge. Came back later and it was better. It was not too far away from downtown. The description said courtyard view. We had a parking lot view and I'm honestly unsure what the courtyard view would have been, so that was a bit misleading. But the room itself was nice.

Although ‘soap’ was included in the bathroom, no shower soap, nor shampoo, was available….handsoap only. This unit is probably OK for a single traveler, but not for couples. Cheap furnishings and poor craftsmanship of finish work…trim, flooring, paint, etc. No air conditioning…just a small ceiling fan, with the pull-chain out of reach to adjust the speed. Regular size bed was mattress only, no box springs. Price was unreasonable for this property. Not impressed and will not return.

Not enough lighting at all in the room. Only one lamp between the beds in our suite. Very odd setup with 2 queens in 1 room but the main room with 1 bed was a double bed… then the fridge and microwave was in the second room with the 2 queens. Breakfast set up was difficult to maneuver in small room, lots of people and not enough seating.

This place was so disgusting and dirty we left. I wouldn’t let my dog sleep here

What a delightful place tucked into beautiful Harbor Springs! The room was quiet and comfortable, the staff are friendly, helpful and lovely all fitting with the overall exclusive summer retreat vibe.
