First room were given was occupied. Second room was fine. TV visibly dirty, towels stained. Others in our party found dirty socks in their “clean” room and this was after getting assigned a second room as their first room was not cleaned. Hot tub was not working. Pool water was not clear.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Lovely room!

The property was new and clean, but our stay was disappointing. We reserved two Executive rooms and received rooms that did not match our reservations but was told we’d have to call the manager to discuss but he wouldn’t be in for another 2 days. I have not received a refund for the difference and despite repeated attempts to reach the manager, my calls have not been returned. Noise was another major issue. The doors slam very loudly so expect to hear slamming throughout the day and night. Sound insulation was also very poor - we could clearly hear people walking above us and guests in neighboring rooms. It was difficult to get a quiet, restful stay. Breakfast items were not replenished when they ran out, leaving limited options when we went down to eat even though is was in the middle of the designated hours. While I appreciated the cleanliness and new condition of the property, the reservation discrepancy, noise, breakfast service, and lack of follow-up from management left me disappointed.

Bad service
