Room was filthy carpet not vacuumed long black hair everywhere on floor u gad to mop the floor myself and then in morning found more black hair in carpet and also on top of desk TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

We stayed at The Line Hotel for one night, mainly because we needed to be close to the coach station, and for that purpose it worked well. The hotel has a slightly pompous, showy style to it, but overall it was comfortable and did the job for a short stay. The surrounding area isn’t particularly attractive at the moment, as there are ongoing works on the train lines, so the immediate environment feels a bit unfinished. That said, we genuinely appreciated how quiet the hotel itself was, especially given the location. Overall, it was a convenient and decent option for a one‑night stopover.

Casa Mais was an amazing stay!! Flavius was incredibly helpful and helped us check in early in the morning. We are so appreciative and very much recommend staying here. The room we stayed in was very comfortable & the shared living room/kitchen is a nice touch. We loved the location & hope others get to experience this lovely hotel. Thank you!!
