Muito bom quarto lindo e ótima localização

Meu filho amou as piscinas, gostamos muito da nossa estadia. Foi uma viagem super gostosa o apartamento com um espaço excelente. Um café da manhã e jantar super delicioso. Provavelmente vamos voltar em outra oportunidade.

Tivemos problemas com o chuveiro que desligou enquanto tomávamos banho. A manutenção demorou quase duas horas e foi um transtorno. Só consegui fazer a reclamação pessoalmente na recepção porque ninguém atendeu pelo interfone…. Elevadores sempre lotados e sujos….. Já fomos várias vezes neste hotel, mas dessa última fiquei bem desconfortável.

We really like staying here with direct access to Thermas das Larangais. The food is excellent with many options and the pools are really nice. The property is getting old so the rooms although clean and comfortable are not as nice as I would like.

It was clean. And there were no critters. However, it it sorely outdated and everything in the cabin looks like it needs an upgrade. They also should be a bit more generous with the toiletries. The one tiny bar of soap I got barely lasted me the 3 days I stayed. The staff was friendly though and tried their best to communicate with me despite their limited English.
