I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The facilities were clean the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Parking was easy and there is a washateria located just a few floors down from the hotel. We travel lite and being able to wash clothes is super convenient. No tiny bathrooms everything was full sized with plenty of room great water pressure and hot water

Great Quirky Hotel

Unusual setting at the top of a shopping centre but a great hotel with handy shops underneath. Interesting modern architecture inside the hotel too. Staff all good and professional. Room was comfortable if perhaps a little dark. Hotel has a few hangout areas and also an outdoor terrace.

A hidden GEM would never expect to find a hotel inside of a mall. Very nice, cleanliness, customer service and the breakfast was fresh daily. I would highly recommend this establishment. I look forward to staying at other B&B Hotels

Overall the hotel was very nice and clean. The only issue was that the air conditioning was not powerful enough. We had it on the lowest setting and the room was still unbearably hot. We called the front desk and they said there was nothing else that could be done.

I'd give it a thumbs up

This hotel is located in a business area of Olhao. Its located on the top of a two story shopping structure. Their parking area is in the mall's parking area, under the mall. Once I learned the area, it was not too much of a hastle to park our car. All of the hotel area is on the top floor of 5he hotel. Our room was small, but clean, tidy, and very quiet. Since we were here to sight see, we did not spend much time in the room. The breakfast option is just like most other hotels; featuring croissants, rolls, cheeses, sausages, breads, cereals, etc. It fit our needs comfortably for a no-frills stay. Not the Marriot, but it is a comfortable place to stay.

Decent stay.

I stayed at 3 hotels over two weeks, this was the most expensive one per night and the worst of the 3. Overall a decent hotel but with the comparisons it made it seem worse. Good things: Being on the top floor of a mall is convenient, noise from outside wasnt an issue. Free hot/cold drinks in the lobby. The room is nice, decent size and modern. You have a curtain and a back door to an outside area which gives a lot of natural light. Has a mini fridge. The bad: I put my bags in storage an hour before check-in, one of the guys opened the storage door and let me place my bags down. Only 1 bag had a label on it. When I came back there was a different guy who helped me retrieve my bags, he opened the door, I went in the storage to pick up my bags not thinking it was a big deal as the other guy let me put them down and one was unlabeled. This guy made it seem like I had commited a crime by crossing the door, and was somewhat rude with how he spoke. Then I had to do my check-in with him, finished the check-in and he didnt tell me where my room was, I came back to ask. Then I found myself nitpicking at everything else wrong because of that encounter. Phone doesn't stay on the hook, hand towel was wedged on the floor of the shower door but the shower floor/door weren't clean. TV wasn't pre connected to the wifi, back door didnt open properly. Room has no kettle, id prefer to be able to make a drink in my room but with the free lobby drinks its understandable. Only 1 bin.

This hotel is on the top floor of a shopping g mall. You enter through the mall. When the mall is closed you can walk around the empty mall… it’s kind of cool.
