Nice hotel in good area

This was a business trip and the room I had was large, the Wi-Fi was excellent. The hotel is located in a reasonably central location. The room was clean, although it wasn’t serviced over my three day period because that needed to be requested. There was no fridge in the room which I think is an omission. The breakfast was adequate and gave a reasonable selection.

Great hotel a great location, was there 4 days and they never repaired the room safe. They thought it was the battery , they tried changing it, they never got it working or made any suggestions as for changing rooms.

Schönes, sauberes Zimmer, die Lage des Hotels ist super, das Frühstück lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Einziger Wermutstropfen: die Parkgarage, nicht sehr einfach zu erreichen und zu finden und von außen gruselig: gammeliges Tor, Müll davor, zerfetzte Planen von einem Baustellengerüst, die einem ins Gesicht klatschen, wenn man aussteigt, um das vergammelte Tor mittels einer Karte zu öffnen. Da ist eindeutig Verbesserungsbedarf, liegt aber wahrscheinlich nicht in der "Macht" des TOLLEN Hotels!

Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Die Zimmer waren groß und das Frühstück hervorragend! Die Lage des Hotels ist super: nur wenige Gehminuten zum ZOB/Bahnhof, zu den Bussen am Lappan und zur Innenstadt!
