App employees were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was firm. My husband loved it and I did not. Personal preferences are different. Pool is on ground floor and the entire floor smells of chlorine. No laundry facilities.

Nice stay at Comfort

Very friendly and helpful staff. They need to have the chairs in the dining area reupholstered. It would be nice to have more than one waffle machine so there is not such a long line and wait. I prefer fresh cooked eggs while you wait. Very nice people who want to meet your needs day and night.

When we arrived.

The space is nice and the service is always solid. The facility is getting older and they were working on the water so the water was brown in the morning but was clear when we arrived.

The facility is nice. There are problems with attention to detail. The bathroom fixtures have bare bulbs. The toilet screams when it refills after a flush. Several lamps with two sockets have only one bulb. The doorstop has been pounded into the wall and ineptly repaired. The tv remote is essentially unusable, probably due to almost dead batteries. There are screw holes in the bathroom wall where, apparently, an appliance that didn’t work was simply taken down. Recommend the use of a room condition check list and a system for dealing with discrepancies to avoid a slide into a state of disrepair
