Like all spring hill suite hotels, very convenient for small families. Rooms are bright and clean, staff is friendly and breakfast included and somewhat diversified. However, I paid extra so have partial ocean view from our balcony and was given a view on the terrace on which several parties are held. Although I was compensated for this inconvenience, I was quite disappointed as we were really looking forward to having this view from our room. A bed light fixture was missing and they couldn’t fix it and the shower pressure will not remove sand from the beach (very low pressure). We will continue going to spring hill suite hotels despite all this as we enjoyed our stay despite these inconvenience.

Mostly great stay, but a couple of issues We really enjoyed the location—easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, which made exploring super convenient. The room was comfortable and met our needs. Unfortunately, the experience was impacted by a very loud DJ right outside our window for an entire evening, which made it hard to relax. Also, our shower flooded the bathroom, which was a bit of a hassle. Overall, we had a good time, but those two issues definitely took away from the experience.

Great location and service

We had a group of five and two rooms. They gave us rooms that were not adjoining, but were next to each other, which would only have been an issue if our kids were younger. We did get the train side of the hotel, but hardly heard it, even overnight. Room service checked in with us every morning. The complimentary breakfast was great. The location can't be beat for the price. The elevators are terribly slow, but thats the only issue we encountered. We will definitely be stsyinf here again.

Great loc IF you aren’t booked on the train side!

Stay was good. Prop is in a great location! 5 star for that. BUT if your room is on the back of the prop, you are basically on the train tracks and it’s loud and trains run through the night. Hotels.com does NOT tell you where the room is that you are booking so I’d call the prop direct and ask! I found out I was booked on the “train side” so I had to pay more but well worth it to not be on the tracks! Otherwise free breakfast was great, amazing location!

I loved the fact that is only 1 block from the beach, and walking distance to many restaurants. We even took a walk to the museums near the hotel. The only thing I didn’t like is that there was no free parking or affordable parking. It was 40$ per night to park in the hotel premises or 25$ in a near by parking lot. Other than that it was a great place to at. Oh and hot breakfast was great. Especially the red salsa that tasted home made .
