It is an older time share type of property showing its age. The staff is very friendly. The suites are clean and the grounds are well maintained. There is no restaurant on site, but the rooms have a kitchenette and restaurants are within 2 min drive. There is a fireplace but no AC, only fans. Our stays were in January and June and the climate felt comfortable. There is a fee for parking. We will definitely choose to stay again.

Our Hidden Gem

This is a favorite spot for my wife and me. Oceanside Marina Suites is the perfect place to celebrate love, relax, or simply enjoy a quick beach getaway. Whether it's a marina view or a sound view, every room we've stayed in has been amazing for comfort, space, and amenities. And when the staff remembers you, you know it feels like home! Thank you for another amazing stay with beautiful memories.

The fireplace would not light. The heater would not come on. The operations manager was condescending and the coffee was horrible. The shower in one of the bathrooms had no hot water. That being said, great grounds, beautiful location, comfortable bed.
