This place is nothing short of EXCELLENT! Area is located in a prime spot, very walkable in any direction. Lots of food options close by, lots of things to do and great beach access. The best part is you can rent beach chairs and umbrella FOR FREE as part of your stay w/ the hotel. Staff is very respectful and provided great service. They made sure we have everything we need from extra towels or pillows, to filling up the soap in our bath area. Would definitely return for a stay again and I'd definitely recommend this place.

I came to this same place last year. Last year it was amazing. This year, it was okay. It's still a beautiful place. The staff were all very nice. However, this year we had a leaky sink that was fixed immediately after reporting it, but it leaked again and got our clothes and makeup wet. It was just inconvenient. Also, down at the beach, last year the service was to take care and umbrella down to the beach for you. This year my 78 year old mom and I were asked to bring it all back up. The staff did end up helping us bring the stuff up, but that service alone was what brought me back for a second stay. Unless you email or text me that you are bringing that full service back, I won't be scheduling another stay there next summer. Being at the beach was amazing though. Oh, also, at the hi/low restaurant -the only place that felt comfortable to go to for breakfast. The service was terrible, with exception to our very last day there. The young man, I believe his name was Jacob, gave us amazing service. We ate there almost every day for the week and every day, except for the last there was terrible service. It took almost an hour to get coffee and hot tea on the first visit. The actual food was amazing, so props to the cook, but the waitresses seemed to be totally checked out. Truly how difficult is it to get refills for guests after a first cup of coffee. It didn't happen for us, except for our very last day. We saw many others have the same experience as us too

We loved everything about this place. It was gorgeous. Walking distance to everything. We really didn’t have to drive out to anything. It was all right there. The only thing is I didn’t check how much parking was. They only offer valet for $50 a day. But wasn’t a huge deal because across the street was public parking and it was $5 a day. We did have to wake up at midnight to renew it but wasn’t a huge deal. Other than that it was beautiful and a wonderful place to stay. The bed was super comfortable too.

My only complaint was the high valet and resort fees. No other options for parking but it was very convenient and their service was excellent. We did have trouble with our tv but they did compensate us nicely for this inconvenience. Would definitely recommend and return if in the area again.

The pool is part of the restaurant - you can't just hang out by the pool and eat your own snacks as you can at most hotels. I learned this right before checking in and ended up not checking in going somewhere else.

Inconvenient parking

Only public parking was available and had to pay 12:00am every night. Very inconvenient. Public parking is all full on the weekend. Also resort fees were not included on the price.
