Nice hot breakfast, eggs, bacon or sausage every day, waffles, etc. The hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and staff was very friendly. The hot tub was awesome and it's walking distance to the ocean - walk two blocks to Surfrider St - this street crosses the railroad tracks and goes straight down to the ocean another 3-4 blocks. You may prefer to drive if bringing a lot of stuff to the beach. Really enjoyed walking over to the ocean, shops, pier and the strand. Hotel was better than we expected.

At check-in, the front staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient and easy. Our room was clean and nice. The rooms are a little small though I could hear people banging around above me in the early morning and you could hear everything going on in the hallway. The free breakfast got a little crazy around 9:30. I would recommend getting there early. Check out was simple and again the staff at the desk were very friendly.

We picked this property because it was well reviewed. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and hard. The pillows were mush. Housekeeping did not come one time and when we asked for a one hour late check out we were told they charge $30 for it. I have never been charged for a late check out.

It was a beautiful hotel. Only thing is there was some stains on the sheets and towels. We wish the pool was actually heated pool like it says it is. We loved our stay and our family that stayed with us also had a great time and enjoyed their rooms.

Great housekeeping, great staff, clean. Beds are very hard. Shower is grewt but could use a bench to put feet on. Breakfast acceptable, just average. Nothing special but that's okay with us. Easy beach walking distance, 8 minutes. Safe location, easy accessible highway.
