This place made our 5 year anniversary the most special trip ever. This was our 3rd time to Hawaii but first to Big. The staff was always helpful regarding resort or local activities and was always really friendly. They did some special stuff for us to make us feel even more welcome and to celebrate our anniversary. The resort felt very clean and they cleaned our room and gave us fresh towels several times a day. Browns and Hale Kai were particular standouts while the other restaurants offered some nice views. It’s a short 40 min to Kona, close to Waikoloa resort and village, close to Waimea and Hāwī. All in all, I don’t think I would consider staying anywhere else on Big.

We loved our condo-looked exactly as represented on the website. It’s spacious and modern. The location is close to town as well as the freeway and beaches. It was also great having covered parking and laundromat facilities on our floor. Our host was responsive to our messages and the instructions in the room were very helpful. Would highly recommend!
