Was very clean had a great stay

They didn't clean the room for more than 3 days and there was a very bad smell on the corridor and in the room entrance. Accesses to the beach was not good and overall it is not a good hotel.

we stayed 6 nights and our room was only cleaned twice. not even towels.

Lovely room on Ocean Tower

When we originally booked our stay, we reserved two rooms specifically because we needed adjoining rooms. Unfortunately, when we arrived, adjoining rooms were not available. We therefore had to change our reservation to one room that was considered a suite. Although we were refunded for the second room without any issue, having the two adjoining rooms we originally booked would have been much more comfortable for our stay. Another disappointment was the closure of the pool due to contamination. We completely understand that unexpected situations like this can happen and that the hotel has to prioritize the safety of its guests. However, access to the pool was one of the reasons we specifically chose your hotel, and unfortunately, we were unable to use it at all during our stay. This was particularly disappointing given that it was an amenity we had planned to enjoy.
