Excellent Property by all standards!

It's a gorgeous place, the pool is a great addition and refreshing. The breakfast was served hot and on schedule. The housekeeping is lacking, bathroom fixtures wasn't secured to the walls (usable) and toilet stains. The dining room carpet was infested with ants and small insects. Still one of the best places in Kumasi and golfer friendly- 5 mins to the golf course.

My stay was excellent. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything was seamless — thanks in large part to the amazing front desk manager, Eunice. Eunice is truly a gem. Her warm smile, welcoming attitude, and genuine dedication to making guests feel comfortable set the tone for my entire stay. She handled my check-in with outstanding professionalism, ensuring I had everything I needed and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Throughout my stay, she remained just as attentive — always ready to assist, always cheerful, and always going the extra mile to make sure guests are happy. Her delightful personality paired with exceptional customer service made a remarkable difference. It’s rare to come across someone who blends friendliness, competence, and hospitality so effortlessly. Eunice is, without a doubt, one of the biggest assets to Macoba Apartments. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and comfortable — but the service I received, especially from Eunice, is what will make me return and recommend Macoba Apartments to anyone visiting Kumasi.

Great stay at Frederick’s Lodge in Kumasi. Propert is clean, safe and well maintained. The best however was the service of the kind and attentive staff. I particularly appreciated the extra efforts of Kathryn, Emanual and Francis. Many thanks. We’ll be back.
