This guy assist me is not good asking me the money

Location is close to train station but in a sketchy area. Room had bed bugs. We were given another room which also had bed bugs and were not comfotable staying at this property, we had to find another hotel at 2am. Staff was helpful but couldn’t speak english which made it difficult during the situation. We did receive a refund from the hotel as expedia pushed for one. Would not recommend staying here

End of a 3 week vacation and this hotel was a great ending. Quiet location away from the chaos of many of the more touristy towns along the Mosell. The breakfast room is beautiful and we had the best meals of our entire trip here. The staff are friendly and helpful and if we were to return to this area would definitely stay again! Thank you

Great Hotel. Amazing breakfast. The rooms are a little dated but comfortable.

It's not a "luxury" hotel. They won't provide room service until the 3rd day (citing eco friendly excuses). The staff was friendly. A couple of our pillows had stains. The bed was nice. It was winter and the room was hot without the heater running. When we turned on the "AC" It took 3 hours to feel a temperature difference and didn't hold throughout the night. Overall. It's a high three to a low four star hotel. Which I think the price covers well. The price is appropriate for what you get (90-120 a night)

Perfect hotel, clean, safe and nice staff. Close to public transport spot.
