I wake up early and ask if I could sit in the hot tub. He said it opens at 7 am. I sat down in the lobby and wait for a hour. He come out behind the counter and said go a head and soak So I did. Very accommodating. Great staff.

I stayed two nights with my teenage kids. The room was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. We were very lucky that our stay was nice and quiet, no loud neighbors kept us awake. One thing I always love about a hotel with complimentary breakfast is if they have coffee all day long and that they have a warm option for breakfast. They had both and I was thrilled.

The room had a strong wet dog odor. We switched rooms, but the smell returned as soon as we turned on the air conditioning, which made it seem like the issue was coming from the ventilation system. Nick Arter, the manager, was extremely accommodating and did everything he could to help, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was below average and could definitely be improved. On the positive side, the location is beautiful—right on the Snake River—with great views and a peaceful setting.
