We were only there on night heading back to Portland. It was very Charming very nice large room, beds were very comfy . Enjoyed coffee and playing cards by lobby . Only things were younger lady at front desk was short when asking for a receipt when check out she said have to get it through expedia, and blinds were dirty on one side. But Nice would do it again.

Overall good room and location for easy access to groceries, gas, restaurants, and Acadia park. Downsides for me were the road noise from the main street with my room being on that side of the building. Also, the curtains on the bedroom window do a poor job blocking out the spotlights pointed at the building which wasn't great. Would have been fine probably if I could have gotten a room on the opposite side of the building or an upper floor. Heard all the upper floor noises and movement. So if you're a light sleeper or have trouble with light during sleep you may want to check ahead to get a room that handles those things better.
