Very Good

The room wasn’t as pictured. I actually paid more and stayed further away to not have dirty old carpet, but the room actually had dirty old carpet. It’s just old and rundown. Kinda like most of the places in California outside the parks.
No power all evening till about 2:30 am
Total darkness

Disliked: Amenities
The place had promise but didnt deliver. Super cold nonadjustable AC; no coffee available before 7am breakfast; nonadvertised pet fee. Super nice receptionist, not her fault.
Breakfast could have been served earlier, especially since many guests wish to get an early start for Yosemite. Other than that the stay was excellent and the staff quite helpful. Good location with plenty of eateries nearby.
The breakfast was very poor quality with staff not caring whether you needed more milk/butter/etc. they were out of several offered ingredients. The room was filthy, the carpet was wet and also needed to be vacuumed. It had a smell of mildew. The TV was hanging from the wall broken and would only offer three channels that came in very fuzzy. When I called the front desk about it he said oh well that's just how it was around there and the owner doesn't want to pay for streaming or channels. The bathroom was very updated and clean which was a surprise considering the disrepair of the room. For over $200 a night we expected to at least feel safe walking barefoot on the floor. The picture of the room they advertise is false advertisement.
Very outdated. Staff was extremely nice, but the hotel is in desperate need of an overhaul. We found an empty water bottle in our window and garbage in our trashcan. If you have luggage and get a second-floor room, you need to lug your luggage up the stairs. Very inconvenient when travelling with large luggage (we were on a 10-day trip). I wouldn't recommend this hotel, at all. Noisy, we heard lots of talking from outside, at all hours of the night. There were two squad cars outside when we pulled into the lot. It didn't feel that safe there.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The power was out for a big portion of my stay which was incredibly inconvenient
Although fairly clean, walls had lots of bangs and dings, that a little paint and plaster would help.
The furniture also needed an update, very used.
There was no soap in bathroom at sink and no facisl tissue

Liked: Room comfort
Great location but…
Decent hotel, however, zero room service provided with a 3 night stay including not taking out the room trash. Room was comfortable but the furniture has been well loved. Saturday night was loud, including multiple car alarms going off from 11p-2a. Not the hotel’s fault but be aware of the folks that stay here.
Upon arrival and check out, Isabelle at the front desk was friendly and efficient. Angel, the young man preparing the free breakfast made sure the dining area was clean, well stocked and delicious. Jack was on duty caring for the pool and hot tub and he answered questions with a quick smile and awesome personality. With staff like these, I will stay here every time I visit this area.
I booked this hotel a bit late for a race there. The hotel look great in photos, in person it’s a dump. This place was not cheap to stay but everything about this place was cheap and awful. Their coffee was water down, breakfast area chairs all had stains, the breakfast not fit for humans consumption. They should be ashamed to run a business like this. If you like low level accommodation, it’s the place to be. It’s really difficult to judge a place based on photos but this one is a place to stay away from. This is a low class hotel at a high price. Their internet connection is slower than molasses.
It was a nice stay. We were upset to find out the hotel's spa wasnt available, which was a huge part of the decision with this hotel as we were hiking all day.
