Good value for money, but they really need to have larger bath towels. The towels are very small, good for a kid, and they are pretty well worn. We continue to use the place because of its convenience, and because the staff are super helpful. Fix the towels and my newt review is 5 stars

Room smelled dusty, hair in the bathroom, bags of trash sitting around inside and outside. Staff ignored me for several minutes upon arrival. Good location. Reasonable price, but they can do way better.

We booked a double queen room and when we open the room door there were suitcases there. So we ended up with a king room. We were there four nights and housekeeping did not come for any of the three days. The hotel would not provide any compensation for these issues.
