The Sewer pipes

The service was excellent—definitely over 5-star level. However, the room was not very comfortable due to noise from running water. It seems the sewer pipes might not be installed properly. Whenever guests on the 4th floor used water, it became very noisy in our room

The grounds look great. They are well taken care of. However, the rooms and corridors leading to the rooms look tired and they are very small and pokey. The hotel is so big that it was hard to get service or even get noticed by the pool areas. Lots of people. Not really my vibe tbh. I don't recommend unless you have three star expectations. The manager is very accommodating though and everyone is very friendly.

Perfect location, and surrounds.

Great hotel in lovely location with friendly staff. Our only complaint with our room was the noise of construction on a neighboring property, and having steps in the room which are easy to trip on, especially at night. Had a lagoon view room but would have preferred a resort, lagoon view room.

Lovely resort with around 7 pools/lagoons (although we counted 9 or 10!) in the quiet part of South Bali. Right on the beach with easy walking to beachfront restaurants and Bali Collection shopping centre. The resort has traditional dance performances and kids activities. Would recommend!

Spectacular!

I just want to say that this has by far been one of the best hotels/holidays we have ever had. The Laguna really went above and beyond, there was literally nothing that we asked for that wasn't actioned or accomodated. Right from the beginning, we landed in Bali mid-morning which meant we got to the hotel about 2hrs before check-in and The Laguna had already made arrangements for an early check-in (we didn't even have to ask!). When you have a baby, things like this are a life saver! We loved our room, housekeeping came in every morning and we would always find our room in tip-top shape after breakfast. The access to the pool from our room was a great facility, we could swim as our baby naps while checking in on her with ease. We asked for a steriliser, liquid soap and a high chair in the room which made it easier to feed the baby and wash up. These were great additions that made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were amazing, from the restaurants, spa, front desk, housekeeping/maintenance and the beach. Everyone was so polite and kind esp. to the baby which warmed our heart. The food was great too and whatever special meals we asked for the baby were made quickly and with no complaints. We would like to shout out a few people who showed impeccable service (even though everyone did to be honest): Yuli, TD, Nova, Sukresna, Heri, Melani, Sudar sini (komang) Thank you so much! We even got a late check out, wow. I really do hope we can come back again in future!

We had an Amazing Time - Charming Indonesian design throughout Hotel. Staff so friendly & helpful ( always with a Smile ). Food excellent in all restaurants & bars had a wonderful Vibe. Would highly recommend this for a Relaxed & Chilled out Holiday Venue.
