Clean room

This hotel was unsanitary had roaches. Went down to the front desk to complain and ask for a refund. They acted shocked over the roaches but then I find out on on reviews I found later on that they had roach problems before and they said it was cooperatedon’t care and hasn’t done anything about it. We were traveling across country with our bags in the room and we were concerned roaches would get into our luggage. They tried giving us a new room however that room had a used bandaid on the floor and food struck between the beds.

Arrived at 6pm to check in and there were no rooms ready and there were 2 groups ahead of us waiting on rooms as well. We left and went to dinner and came back around 9:30pm and there was a room available at that time. Our room had absolutely NO toilet paper! Not even a toilet paper holder. I called the front desk and they said they could give me some but I would need to come get it myself. Property is older and has a dingy feel to it. They also had posted that they recently started charging for wifi, it was $4.95/$9.95. We did not use it.
