The front desk staff were very friendly and informative. The room was clean and comfortable. Pool area and hot tub was nice.

They don’t tell you that you have to sign out towels to use the pool. We didn’t realize it until already in the pool and had no towels. Then you have to sign them back in. The $15 breakfast is what you would expect from a free breakfast buffet and you also need to get a piece of paper from front desk to even enter the restaurant where they provide the breakfast. We will not go back.

The esthetic of the buildings and grounds are very pleasing at first glance. In reality it appears to be an old econo lodge type motel remodeled with mcm details, but the musty smell remains in the room. The shower curtain liner was stained. The staff was very nice and the restaurant gets very busy for dinner with both guests and locals. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the menu was well planned. The property is not on the beach. There is a nature preserve across the street, about a 30 minute walk to get to the beach. There was no car access to the nature preserve during road work.
