Convenient location, can walk to stores and restaurants, and the Riverwalk is right there. No breakfast but had coffee and flavorings as well as granola bars, oranges for a quick bite in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

The esthetic of the buildings and grounds are very pleasing at first glance. In reality it appears to be an old econo lodge type motel remodeled with mcm details, but the musty smell remains in the room. The shower curtain liner was stained. The staff was very nice and the restaurant gets very busy for dinner with both guests and locals. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the menu was well planned. The property is not on the beach. There is a nature preserve across the street, about a 30 minute walk to get to the beach. There was no car access to the nature preserve during road work.

The motel was o good place except for the gas station customers. They were fairly loud
