Everything was beautiful! The property was clean and comfortable, and the staff was kind and pleasant. My only disappointment was that after checkout, I was billed for alcoholic beverages and an intimacy kit. I called to let them know that we did not use any of these products, and they kindly refunded the charges. I appreciate that they resolved the issue and refunded me, but I still didn’t appreciate being charged for items that we did not use and would not have touched. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Beautiful room and great breakfast included!!

3rd party restaurant breakfast was inedible. Pancakes were good, but not worth the cost. The resort was amazing helping us with our issues. The rooms and property are beautiful. If you have small children be aware there are height restrictions for the slides. Bumpy start but good finish.

I loved this property because it was more on the quieter and upscale side. However, I didn’t like how its stated that if anything on the fridge or in the fridge even appeared to be touched you’d be charged. It made me very reluctant to use certain things for this reason
