For the price, this hotel was underwhelming. Big room but it needed updating. The layout of the bathroom and bedroom was awkward with the sink area right next to the bed. There were no hooks for hanging anything on the bathroom. It was also a difficult hotel to navigate, both inside and getting into and out of the property. The staff was not welcoming and did not provide any helpful information at check in. The location was ok for us since we were visiting the Oyster Bay area. I would not stay here again.

Great hotel and room, which was bigger than I expected. Only criticism is the taxi service they booked us a ride to JFK with was awful - taxi driver didn't speak English, drove over the speed limit, down the hard shoulder and used his hand out of the window to indicate

Love all the plants that were included in the decor. Top notch quality.

Room was clean for the most part. However, the room had no hot water, no ac in the unit, and parts of the mattress were dirty under the sheets. Had to ask the front desk for a new room at 2am because was too hot to sleep. I was eventually provided with one that worked with AC in the morning and I was told that I would be reimbursed for that day. I was told by front desk staff multiple times that they would leave a note with management. Once I received the room, new room smelled like marijuana smoke. Upon complaining, they handed me a febreeze bottle. I decided not to further press the issue as leaving the AC on while I was gone seemed to help reduce the smell. As I was checking out of the hotel, I asked the front desk person to confirm if a note was left, and there was no note left behind for management, and was instead at the end to contact the Guest Relations Manager. Will update review once I am followed up with the manager.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us after an issue with one of the suites during the Jay Z concert series in Yankee Stadium weekend. I can not say enough about how helpful they were.

Great location, great view

Everything about our stay, from the moment we arrived until we checked out, was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to help us make it to our 7pm show after we had multiple flight delays before arriving. The room was clean and aesthetically lovely. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. This was our first time staying here, but it will not be our last!
