I love this place. I always choose to go here, but I have been disappointed the last few times that I’ve gone here. I’ve been given rooms where the AC unit is louder than the street. Preventing you from getting a good nights rest then last night I had to go to New York for an emergency and the AC unit in my room was not working and they said they provided a portable little did. I know it was a portable little fan that was blowing hot air I had to take two showers to stay cool and not hyperventilate now wasn’t terribly hot, but I am a person that runs really hot so I need cold AC air and I paid close to $500 on top of that I didn’t even get keys to my room. The maintenance man had to let me in my room. I guess their computer system was on now. The host was nice and kind but very disappointed very disappointed lately.

The NoblDen Hotel was amazing! I would definitely stay here again when visiting NYC. It was close to Little Italy, ChinaTown, SOHO, and a great spot from which to navigate Manhattan. The rooms were so clean, comfortable, and it was awesome to have a balcony and the rooftop to see the city. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful! Highly recommend!

The rooms were clean, staff polite, and the breakfast was delightful.

Fabulous experience. Front desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. Especially while checking-in. Would come back again! Rooms are thoughtfully designed and have amazing views!

It's actually a 4.3 out of 5. My only complaint is the shower water pressure. The staff was helpful, and the hotel is well maintained.

Ordered Queen superior with balcony, was given a room with no balcony, staff refused to refund or compensate room while clearly acknowledging the room I recieved didnt match the room i booked .
