My room was not that clean at arrival, my shower pressure was very low I spoke to two different staff members to no avail. The drink vouchers was a hoax as they changed what 1 drink was voucher eligible in the middle of the day without notice. I was charged an amenity fee per day NO amenities, this place has potential but needs work.

Staff was wonderful and friendly. Everything was very clean. Roof top patio was a plus with great views of the city, as was the close proximity to Little Italy and all its restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Did not use any of the amenities besides the free coffe which is why I gave that a 4.

We stayed at The Wall Street Hotel for a Fourth of July staycation, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. The hotel strikes a beautiful balance between luxury and comfort. The ambiance feels effortlessly sophisticated with a refined maritime inspired aesthetic that perfectly complements the history of the neighborhood. Every space is thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere that's both elegant and relaxing. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, and the amenities felt carefully curated and of exceptional quality from the bedding and bath products to the little details that made our stay feel special. The location was ideal for exploring the Seaport and enjoying the holiday festivities while still feeling like a peaceful retreat from the crowds. Overall, it was the perfect New York City staycation. We'd gladly return and highly recommend The Wall Street Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, intimate, and beautifully designed escape in Lower Manhattan.

Everything was great except the carpet was stained in multiple spots. But I can imagine that so many people spill wine, food, and other things that it would be cost prohibitive to constantly replace the carpet. But the room also needed a paint job. Lamp shade needs replacing. But the stellar staff made up for everything.

When we arrived for 3pm check in, there was no rooms ready. Waited 40 minutes in lobby. Constant line for one working elevator in a 20 floor building. Sheer curtains shredded in our room. Continental breakfast couldn’t keep up with scrambled eggs.

This hotel is an excellent value. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast was a typical Hampton breakfast but is kept well stocked right up until 10am. Our room was small but very comfortable - great bed! The shower was also excellent. Great water pressure and easy to make steamy or refreshing. The hotel is located right near MSG and Penn Station, which was just what we needed as far as location. The area around the hotel is a little neglected. Trash on the street, etc. But we certainly did not feel unsafe - we felt comfortable walking around even late at night.
