No maid service, staff was great. Steakhouse ran out of most Seafood, steak was burnt. Staff at steakhouse was excellent. Mexican restaurant was good, friendly staff. Gambling was good, Three days and I came home even. Only 1 way into casino, and 1 way . Overall good stay!

Comfortable beds and bedding as well! Slept great!

Stayed with our girls over Labor Day weekend and had a great time. The staff was wonderful.

Everyone from he front desk staff to the bartenders in the outside pool were friendly and helpful.

The Hotel Silver Heart Inn was an amazing place to stay....beautifully maintained 170 year old home decorated with wonderful antiques. Breakfast was served in the morning including fresh fruit, german apple pancake and sausage! We loved the touches including bathrobes, and Gentle Bee shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The Gentle Bee was so amazing I ordered shampoo and conditioner when I got home! We would 100% stay at Silver Heart Inn again!!

Very Diseptive picture of the rooms and complex. Absolutely not a upscale hotel and spa a advertised. Very outdated and dirty room. Not any better than a cheap motel. Caters more for a wedding venue. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone. When checked out their was no questions as to why as if it's normal to have people leave just after arriving.

The property was really run down and the breakfast room is way too small for as many guests that were present. On a bright note- the staff was friendly and helpful!
