We experienced bed bugs in the fold-out couch. A guest in the room was bitten multiple times on the leg and hand. The hotel was not helpful at all!!!

Hotel was nice, close to a lot of shopping and food areas.

I liked that it was close walking distance to the Fieldhouse for the Fever game. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was nice and clean all in all. It was a good overnight stay except… Our room the air conditioner was not working. It was 80° sleeping and I felt like we were at the races from the outside traffic speeding up and down the road other than that, it was a nice place.

Very nice property only downside that hotels have construction of new buildings next to them impeads getting around to Skywalker and convention center. Better alternatives to get to and from surrounding area needed.

For some reason the temp and the hallways was extremely hot. We didn’t sleep well being it was so hot in the rooms. Temp on thermostat said 65 but it was more like 72 according to our digital thermometer. Just won’t be back.
