Our room stunk, meaning it had an awful, musty smell. The faucet on the sink was loose and it was hard to turn the water on/off. We had 1 very small shampoo and lotion for 4 people. I asked to have our room changed because of the smell and was told they had no rooms available. He gave me a can of air freshener, and told me I had to speak to the manager the next morning! The manager had breakfast duty and was the only staff there. He told me he couldn't talk, and walked away. I tried 2 separate times to talk to him with the same results....he walked away! Absolutely the worst experience ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
