Unfortunately this was not what we expected. We did not have enough towels and when we ask the front desk for more towels she explained to me and the person in front of me with the same issue that they were short staffed and didn’t have clean towels. She also told the lady in front of me she was getting the last blanket. At breakfast the staff seemed irritated and stressed. The staff does not seem happy to be there and it ruins the atmosphere.

Property excellently maintained. Beautiful landscaping. Great amenities, they've thought of everything. Rooms, public spaces and grounds were all nice and clean. We absolutely loved it!

Great weekend

Disappointed that the beach Club area closes at 6 pm. The infinity pool is located there and has no lifeguard on duty so would have been nice to take a dip - also the lap pool was down (traveling with college swimmers and wanting a am workout) - one reason we chose the Palmetto. Limited food menu. Pool bar closed early 6 ish. Super clean and massive well equipped fitness room.
