Under construction. Old facility. Didn’t tell us the hotel was under construction and breakfast was closed until checking in. Provided an apple, juice and granola bars for food. Very hard to access elevator for people with mobility issues as there are 2 wings. Had to use underground tunnel to get to our rooms which was very far from parking lot. Staff didn’t care and were very unhelpful. Price was not discounted at all for the inconvenience. Wouldn’t stay here again

Clean room and hotel in general. Amazing staff on the front desk. Bring attached and having access to the pool/gym/bowling was a huge hit with the boys.

Great spot in Charlottetown, close to downtown and the Port. Couple things: they don’t have an elevator which wasn’t awesome being on the 3rd floor we had to do a few trips up and down when we got there as well as leaving. Also when we checked in it was mentioned that we could opt out of house keeping for a $10 gift card, we declined this offer but still never received any house keeping during our entire stay. Other than that everything was very good, good staff, good breakfast, happy hour, everything else was lovely. Overall was a pleasant stay!

Nous sommes restés pour 1 nuit. Très bien situé. Bel accueil. Hôtel minimaliste: pas de séchoir à cheveux, pas de cafetière. Lounge disponible pour achat de café mais ne fonctionnait pas cette journée là. Air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas également. Seulement 2 crochets avec 6 cintres pour nos vêtements.
