First, the front desk ladies are unfriendly and rude. My husband was waiting for me while I was talking with the other lady. Instead of asking him politely if he needed any help. The lady said “what are you looking for” I found that weird and unpolished. The room had a disgusting smell of cigarettes even though they said it was a non smoking room. Just spent one night because we were at Foxwoods all through but we couldn’t sleep because at night there was so much noise around 2am/3am. This is definitely not a hotel but a way overpriced motel. The set up is definitely motel. It’s a way overpriced motel at that. One where the rooms are smelly with sticky floors and you can’t manage to sleep due to loud noises. Stay away!! I don’t recommend.

the room was nice and clean had a water view and a view of the golf course from the balcony..pool and hot tub were nice jacuzzi tub.. close to the beach and you get a parking pass and walk on pass for a private part of the beach

Beautiful tiny cottage with great vibes. Thanks so much for the beach pass! Beach and most other amenities are driving not walking distance, but with a vehicle it's easy, and we wanted for nothing. The property is lovely too, with outdoor seating, swings, gardens, etc. And the bed was really comfy.

Very nice and clean room, convenient location less than 10 minutes from the beach, affordable for a nice vacation, overall great stay!
