The hotel was very central and a great location to get around. The best gelato place right out the door. The room was very basic and the mattress was super hard, not there for comfort more for the location. The room was nothing like the photos online. No black out curtains. Again more for the location than anything else.

Location good, most of the staff were good, particularly Francesco who was excellent . One of the reception staff was very unhelpful, we asked for our complementary bottle of wine he said that because it was from expedia rather than the Bizanzio we couldn’t have an ice bucket or glasses which I found shocking… for a 4star hotel!

We had the most wonderful stay at Palazzo Venart! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like family. From helping us coordinate activities to ensuring that had gluten free options for me at breakfast, the staff was exceptional. The facilities are absolutely beautiful and we can’t wait to be back!

We absolutely loved our room. The ceiling is vaulted, there is plenty of space, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We also enjoyed sitting out at the rooftop getting a different view of the city. The lady that was always at the front desk was friendly and very helpful.

It was perfect! Lovely room, we are a family of three, beds were very comfortable. It’s also a very central location, we found it easy to walk everywhere. Good stay, helpful staff, lovely breakfast, would definitely recommend.
