Beds are hard and TV did not work description said sleeps 5 but that means 1 has to sleep in chair that does not recliner tried calling for more towels no answer tried 3 times ended up having to go to front desk and get them asked for a cot bo she said she didn't have anyone to go get it and AC is not good and elevator was broke, would not recommend

Look. The location is amazing and the view is lovely and the price is reasonable. So it is difficult to say much bad because...eh...it was okay. But the hotel had no staff...and when I say no...I mean not a single person on duty. TVs didn't work, nothing got replaced, couldn't even manage to get coffee packs up to the room. The restaurant served some kind of pig intestines as calamari and they ran out of cups in their lobby coffee and the woman behind the counter said, and I quote "I don't have the authority to get more cups". Everything about the place is second rate but the rooms are huge and you are right on the water. So if you have a big group and don't care a fig for amenities or service or anything that resembles niceties, this is the hotel for you.

The hotel was very clean, and I really enjoyed the ocean view. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and having a full kitchen was a great bonus. I gave my stay 4 stars because I wasn't informed in advance that it was a timeshare rental. My reservation was split into two stays, and I had to move to a different room after the first night. I wish this had been communicated before my arrival. I spoke with Nicole about the situation, and she provided excellent customer service. She offered a $50 credit to use at the restaurant downstairs and extended my checkout time from 10:00 a.m. to noon, which I appreciated.
