Old style beach motel because it is a historic lodging in the village. Well maintained in an old school manner and great staff. Pleasant and outgoing even in the middle of summer Busy season.

Adequate

Beautiful view, convenient location, very clean and comfortable, roomy. Bed was comfortable. Lots of stairs, even a couple of places in the suite with a step where we had to be mindful. We were there on a Sunday and Monday, so price was reasonable. Wine and snacks in the late afternoon were appreciated, as was coffee in the morning. Breakfast was just pastries, yogurt and orange juice, so we went out for breakfast.

This is an older hotel, but it’s on the beach and has a ok breakfast, the price was more affordable than others that I looked at. Surprised that a breakfast was included. Overall it served our needs for a beach hotel. Walked right out of the hotel and on to the beach

I really liked the location

We stayed here a few years ago and it was lovely and perfect. This year was different. It is still nice and clean but not the same. They remodeled everything and not in a good way. It just seems like they don’t really care now. The hot tub was not working and very dirty. The staff is great but very few staff. It’s just not worth the money now.

Conveniently located in Ocracoke, loved the breakfast restaurant on the same property. Bath Towels were too small and not very plush, springs in bed were worn out and "Shot". Still a nice place to lay your head down for the night.

The space was very clean and seemed well maintained. There was easy access to the beach as well as having an outdoor and indoor pool. The location was great too, near lots of activities so there is always something to do!
