Amazing place it’s clean and comfortable!! Breakfast was also really nice!!

Great location. Helpful, friendly staff- especially Finn, a standout, especially with our kids. Proximity to public transport was a big bonus. Discounted easy access to Hagenbeck Zoo and the Tropen Aquarium was a bonus!

We stayed for three nights and had a very spacious room with a huge king-sized bed. The staff were really helpful printing out tickets and booking a taxi for us. Good breakfasts. We loved the swap a room clean for a free drink concept! Location was great for walking around the city - about 15 minutes for most places of interest.

Amazing hotel with great views and especially from the roof top bar.

Fairly new establishment in a quiet neighborhood, by the water, and extremely close to tram/train station. Quite easy to navigate the city on feet. Rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. Would stay here again the next visit in Hamburg.

Hotel room was clean but very hot and airless in the July sunshine. Reception warned me about this when I checked in. A fan was available and provided much needed circulation of the air but was noisy. The balcony door did open but let in the sound of trains at the nearby station. The hotel offered a change of room but not until the last night (of three). A very good choice of foods were available for breakfast, though seemed pricey at €29. Best thing about the hotel was the helpfulness of the reception staff who were always willing to offer advice about travel arrangements and things to do in Hamburg.

Walkable to Hamburg Airport. Very clean and comfortable with a great restaurant.
