The hotel is a real gem. Spacious and clean room. Very attentive staff. Loved the breakfast that replenished in the fridge every day.

Hotel was like a jig saw puzzle with lots of stairways and areas. Still had construction going on. Rooms were very nice but no privacy unless you close your curtains. Room safes did not work in either of our rooms. You cannot flush toilet paper due to old pipes. Area did not feel very safe but we did not need to leave the hotel without a guide since the dining in the hotel was great. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

I personly didnt like the idea of stairs in the room. It is too much to climb the stairs everytime you want to use the bathroom. There is no fridge in the room and the doors were too slim.

Best lux-eco adventure holiday you'll have. Cloud forest hikes, expert guide, flora-fauna discovery, waterfall swims, sky-pedal over canopy, excellent food, perfect spa, in a loose structure. Great four day ending to Galapagos adventures.
