Great Staff..room are clean, even no ac , no heat but room are cozy for quick one night stay near airport.. Even you need staff at 1am, she be there. She help with shuttle car service at 1am back to airport. Didn't have a chance eat breakfast, but menu look good

Hotel was like a jig saw puzzle with lots of stairways and areas. Still had construction going on. Rooms were very nice but no privacy unless you close your curtains. Room safes did not work in either of our rooms. You cannot flush toilet paper due to old pipes. Area did not feel very safe but we did not need to leave the hotel without a guide since the dining in the hotel was great. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Peaceful setting, stunning 360 views, with lovely, welcoming and helpful staff. Food was delicious! The lamb was perfect. Relaxing professional massage. Horses were all well cared for. Had a hour trail ride with Antonio(?spelling) lots of fun and laughs. Definitely a place I’ll go back to. Oh and the dogs all well behaved and friendly.

The apartment was a nice size one bedroom with all the amenities advertised...The apartment was very clean & well kept...The staff was friendly & helpful in suggesting & setting up tours, restaurants etc...I would definitely recommend Old Town Quito Suites Apartment & would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel, awesome staff. Loved the rooftop bar (great service by Dino). Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel in the historic district. Very convenient for walking. The only downside is the walls are thin and the area is busy with cars, buses end motorbikes. It was loud all night.

An amazing world class hotel right off the main square in old town Quito. Reminded me of a 5-star hotel in a European capital. Staff was outstanding. Location is perfect. Breakfast featuring delicious local cuisine. Close to the Metro. Close to everything. I’ll be back!

The fully furnished apartment and the property and its security were excellent. Its proximity to JW Marriott was highly useful — not to mention several good restaurants and pharmacies within walking distance.
