This was the nicest staff I have met anywhere. Everyone was so helpful and understanding. They were so friendly and helpful. This includes the front office, housekeepers, and restaurant. I felt safe on the premises and appreciated that all questions were welcomed. I felt I formed when they assisted me with tours and opportunities. I was also able to enjoy a lovely view from my balcony of the garden and children’s park. I walked to the main square, Jewish section, and meeting points for my tours from this convenient location. This is a great hotel for women, families, and solo travelers.

This hotel is very well located and very well maintained. Rooms are very spacious and decor and furnishings are amazing. Breakfast is quite expensive. Should be included.

The location was excellent, close to the market square and across from Planty with good access to public transport. Our room was spacious and quiet. There is a nice lounge on yhe ground floor.

This is a beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and beds and a tasty breakfast. The location is ideal centered in the old city with lots around.

A great 10 day stay & convenient to the sites and history of Krakow. Hotel reception staff was professional and friendly. Hotel is well maintained and rooms are well served by the house staff. Great breakfast buffet. Hotel should be adults only if possible. Overall a very pleasant experience & if willing to walk great access to the city.

Fantastic location in the Old Town, very close to everything. Room was luxurious and left nothing to be desired. I especially appreciated the unlimited access to a Culligan water cooler. I never found American-style bottled water in Poland otherwise - everything was mineral water, which I can’t stomach.
