This place is great. It's very clean and well-kept.

Despite previous concerning reviews, we found the hotel clean & comfortable with suite a pleasent surprise. Refrigerator was dorm size with freezer& worked well. Beds were comfortable & shower had good pressure after hiking all day. The suite was not updated, but we were unconcerned about a missing handle or new carpeting since it was clean. Knew pool was not in service, but the fitness room did have treadmills that worked & air-conditioning & ice machine also worked well. The staff were wonderful and patiently worked with me when hotels.com did not complete my paid reservation. Breakfast was the standard & kept filled by staff. Overall pleasantly surprised and as my husband said,"would definitely return"

This is the perfect location! Just down the stairs and you are in the middle of the Gaffer District. Its also an easy walk to Corning Museum of Glass. We parked the car and never needed it again all weekend.

Hotel was awful and staff were unhelpful and gave us a horrible location for elderly visitors. Breakfast minimal. Will never return or recommend!!

Our tub did not drain and we stood in inches of dirty water while we showered. We informed the staff and we were told that the maintenance person left for the day. Someone at the desk tried to fix it but it did nothing. Our king bed was broken and you rolled to the middle all night. We were refunded 30% but this is unacceptable for a hotel where you are spending this much money.

Not a safe area. We ended up going somewhere else.
