The staff were great—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The walls between rooms were a bit thin, so I could sometimes hear guests next door sleeping or snoring. There was also some loud construction going on in the building next door during the day. That said, it was still great value overall.

Amazing pool! My room was spacious and luxurious washroom. A bit noisy, construction, alarms from the room doors, I could hear everything in the room next to me. Walls were quite thin. Asked for a private car to take me to me to airport for domestic flight. Driver dropped me off at international. Had to go on foot with my luggage to an other terminal at an other building. Like I said, the pool was amazing, warm beautiful view, daytime, and nighttime. Just wonder why they never wash the glass around the pool. Have to say it because it’s not the first time I’ve seen that and it’s a five star hotel.

Excellent location in a tourist area about 5 minutes walk to the beach. My room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was available with many menu choices. Staff was always courteous and helpful. The only thing I noted that didn't work properly was the 'do not disturb / clean my room' lights outside of the room. I think it is wired to the the key card room power, so when you leave your room, the neither the 'do not disturb' or the 'clean my room' lights stayed on.

The staff were incredible!

Green Beach Hotel Nha Trang is a lovely place to stay. The staff were a huge highlight for us, always up for a chat and always friendly and smiling. The pool is beautiful and the photos do not do the views justice, however there is limited deck chairs so securing a spot can be hard. The buffet breakfast was on par with what I expected and was enough to get us through to lunch, but nothing special or particularly delicious/standout. The rooms are certainly NOT SOUNDPROOFED. We were slightly down the hall and could hear the lifts, the people in the rooms next door and across the hall. This was especially irritating as the other guests were getting up at 7am and were very loud all morning which made a relaxing sleep in impossible.

Amazing hotel in a perfect location, close to the beach and many restaurants. Check in was great and staff was very helpful to accommodate a later check out. Highly recommend this hotel as it provides luxury and comfort.

I loved my three days at the Green Beach Hotel! The staff was extremely friendly! Nhân, the concierge supervisor was very helpful, and made every effort to make us comfortable! The hotel was clean. The rooms were clean, and it has all the necessary amenities! The area around the hotel has tons of shopping. It was about 100 meters from the beach. They have a nice rooftop pool. The breakfast had a lot of options, was quite delicious, and it was included with our room! There's easy access to Vinpearl Island. It's about a 45 minute drive from Cam Ranh Airport. There are massage businesses, nails, and spa type services everywhere so it's really easy, and inexpensive if you want to get some pampering. I can't say enough about the hotel, the employees, the city, and it's people! Simply wonderful, I will be back!

Booked a night here to spend some time in the core of Nha Trang before we moved to Vinpearl resort. The hotel was in a good spot near the core. We had a nice terrace with a tub. The staff was nice and helpful. Everything was as expected.
