Staff were excellent. The room I was given did not have a window or balcony so that was bad. Small room but clean and neat. Location was very good.

Great stay, enjoyed the balcony on the top floor room, very friendly staff, excellent location in the old quarter. Breakfast is the best! Better than expected. Had to walk to a different location but only 2 minutes walking and the selection was great and everything was very delicious. Highly recommend! Would stay here again.

Toilet needs to improve. Hard to plush

We had a wonderful stay at grand du lac hotel, the service was excellent from the check in , breakfast menu (reminded by Ben through a late morning call) and until check out One of the staff (Camellia) also helped my wife gets her dried peach sweets from local store, they really went above and beyond to make us happy We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we come to Hanoi in the future

clean room, staff were very nice friendly and helpful (helped me carry my luggage up to my room) didnt try the breakfast though so dont know what thats like

Central location of all activities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has varieties of food, Vietnamese traditional and western choices. Rooftop bar was a super place to watch fireworks during holidays. In short, no regrets to stay there for our Hanoi visit trip. Thank you the whole hotel team. Keep up the excellent work.

Hotel breakfast bar was the best I have had in Vietnam. Spectacular shower in the deluxe suite. Staff was very helpful. Hotel room’s power shuts off when you leave the room. So electronic devices cannot be charged. And the AC shuts off resulting in a damp and humid room with really wet floors. Enough to slip on.
