Room was clean and good beds, ok place to stay, our toilet was broken but promptly fixed upon our arrival and our air conditioner leaked water on the floor. They came to fix it but it leaked again in the night. The staff was very quick and nice to come help fix the problems

Parking was supposed to be included from a message I received from hotel... went to front desk and they told me email was a mistake... I am disappointed as I spoke to other guests who received the same email and got their parking validated... 18.00 isn't a lot, but it is the principal... other than that the stay was great. Rooms are comfortable, could use USB ports in room.

Nice hotel with very helpful staff

Mauvaise insonorisation extérieure et intérieure: bruit de la circulation auro, bruit des douches des chambres voisines. On entend même les discussions des voisins et celles des corridors, claquement des portes. Comparé au Holliday Inn de Moncton, cet hôtel a besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Lit trop mou, presque inconfortable.

An excellent hotel. Great for families. Great swimming pool with water slide.

I was able to change rooms fortunately due to an issue in hall where my original room was (smelled like chemicals). Rooms were ok. Bathroom very nice. TV did not work properly and never fixed even after I mentioned (it kept lagging). Good location. Easy in, out and around. Restaurant is good. Get the breakfast buffet. Fitness room was above average for the hotel.
